Pain in my joints has significantly decreased. It's an effective remedy. While strength training, I would struggle with pain in my elbows and shoulders, but after starting FLEX, I felt relief within the first week. However, if I stop taking it, the pain returns, so it must be taken continuously.

I’m very pleased! This is my first set of chondroprotectors. I started to take them, albeit incorrectly, when I was ill. After about a month, my shoulder pain stopped! The crunching in my joints decreased as well. However, I believe that, for the best results, I should take this for three months, as the full benefits will then be evident.
